Adding multiple products to your catalog in one go is now easier than ever with our new product module.

To get started, simply download the Excel template for bulk product upload by following these steps:

1. Click on “Product”.

2. Click on the Excel icon to download a template with fields that will sync with our system.

3. Once you have the template, fill in each field with the required information about your products.

Import the template with your product information into our system:

1. Click on “All Services”.

2. In the “Import” section, locate and select the “Products” option.

3. Drag and drop the Excel file or select it using the file selection button to import the file you just filled. Once you have selected the file, click “Next”.

4. Match the corresponding columns in your Excel sheet with each tab in our system (e.g. Item ID# with Item code). Once you have finished matching the tabs, scroll down and click "Next".

5. A window will appear showing the number of products recorded by our system. Make sure this quantity matches the number of products in your Excel file.
