1. Click on the “Product” button located on the left-hand menu in BackOffice.
2. Locate the product you want to edit and click on the eye icon.
3. Update the product details as needed.
4. Click on the “Save” button to save your changes.
5. In case you want to add photos to your product, click on the catalog tab.
6. Click on upload+ to add photos of your product.
7. A file browser window will open, allowing you to navigate to the location where your desired photo is stored on your computer. Select the photo by clicking on it once and click on the "Open" or "Choose" button in the file browser window.
Note: The specific wording and appearance of the buttons may vary depending on the device or website you are using to upload the photo.
Good to know: Place your products on a white background when taking the photos to have a good-looking catalog, and try to keep the weight of the photo below 400 kbs.
8. A pop-up window will appear indicating that the photo was successfully uploaded.
Good to know: If you select the primary checkbox, the photo you are adding will be assigned as the main picture of the product in the catalog. This means it will be the default or featured image representing the product.
7. Once the new photos are logged into the system, click on “save.”
