1. Open “Route Manager Delivery.”
2. Open the delivery plan you wish to ask to load the truck by clicking on the eye icon.
3. You will be able to view the details of the delivery plan, including information such as the customer, account, order amount, sales representative, process status, and more. In this section, you will also find the option to request the loading of your truck.
Good to Know: To use the load truck button, the order should appear with the process status Invoiced.
4. Click on the “Load Truck” button.
Good to know: If the button is unclickable, it means that the order does not appear with the process status Invoiced. This indicates that the order has not been picked up at the warehouse using the Inventory App. For instructions on how to pick an order using the Inventory App, click here.
5. A pop-up will appear to confirm that you want to load your truck. Click on "Load".
6. Another pop-up will notify you that the invoices have been modified. Click “Okay”.
7. You will return to the delivery plan view, and the “Load Truck” button will now be greyed out, and the truck should appear with a Pending Load Status.
