Click on the “Invoice” button located on the left-hand menu in BackOffice to open the database of the invoices on your system.
You can easily find specific invoices by using Advanced Filters such as Company Name, invoice status, manufacturers, Order#, Sales Rep, etc. To do so, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the box below “Filter” located on the upper left side of the screen. That by default will be showing “Account number.”
2. A list of the available filters will be displayed, select the most appropriate to do your search.
3. Select the criteria according to the filter you just selected. And the list of invoices that match will be displayed automatically.(For the purpose of this example, we will use Invoice Status as the filter criteria)
You can easily find specific orders by time frame, to do so follow the steps below:
1. Click on the “Start Date” box and select the starting date.
2. Then click on the “End Date” box. The list of invoices that matches with the time frame is displayed automatically.
1. Easily find your invoices by using the corresponding filters.
2. Locate and select the invoices you want to print, by selecting their checkbox.
3. Click the “Print” button located at the upper right side of the screen, if you are not able to watch this button scroll to the right to search for it.
4. A PDF with all the invoices will open, here you will be able to print them using the print button.
