1. Open “Pick Ticket.”
2. Identify the pick ticket that has multiple orders.
3. Tap on “Review” to start the picking process.
Good to know: a WMS pop-up asking the pallet number where you will be placing the items will appear. It's not mandatory to fill in this field, but you can choose to do so based on your business needs.
4. A list of all the items for the multiple orders will appear. To pick the items according to its location and expiration date, click on the “Info” button.
5. A window with the product’s details will appear, including the location and the lot number closest to expiration. This information will be automatically displayed for your convenience.
Good to know:If you want to pick the product from a different location than the one suggested, tap on the “Location” segment to open the list of all available locations for that product.
Once you have selected a location, tap on the “Lot” segment to open the list of lots available in that location.
In the Lot’s list, you can view the expiration date of each lot and the quantity of products available to help you make your selection.
6. Pick the amount of products according to the quantity on the order by using the scanner or clicking on the “+” button.
7. If there are other products in the ticket, click on the “Next” button in the bottom right corner of the screen to continue the picking process with your other items.
8. Once you have finished picking all the products, tap on the “Back” button at the top left side of your screen, or you can tap on the “Next” button in the bottom right side of the screen.
9. A window will appear with a list of all the products you just picked. Tap on the “Finished” or “Commit” button, depending on how your application is configured.
Good to know: You can go to the orders section to see the multiple orders in this pick ticket and their status.
10. Tap on “Fulfill” in order to generate an invoice for each of the orders that were in that pick ticket.
