Sometimes your drivers are on the road, and they need to create a credit on the spot. To do it, you just need to:
1. Select the “New Customers” module.
2. Select your customer, either by filter or location.
3. Start a visit with the client, then create a New Credit.
4. Add products to your credit (a positive balance belonging to the client. Their next purchase will simply be deducted from the positive balance until it drops to $0), either by scanning or selecting them. Next tap on Total.
5. Check your credit and sign it. Tap approve to sync your order with BackOffice.
6. The new credit will be reflected under “New Credit”. End your visit.
