How to pair the ZQ521 printer with TC21, TC26 and TC25 scanners?

Bluetooth Pairing Failed Error Between Printer and Scanner
Forget your Bluetooth-connected printer from your device?
You can skip these steps if you have never connected your printer to your device.
1. Turn on your device.
2. Go to “Settings.”
3. You will be shown the “Settings” screen.
4. Tap on “Connected devices.”
5. You will be shown all your connected devices.
6. Tap on the settings icon of the device that you want to disconnect. (Remember that the printers will always start their name with “XX” if they have their assigned names)
7. You will be shown the device details.
8. Tap on “Forget.”
9. A pop-up will appear to confirm that you want to forget the device. Tap “Foget device.”
10. Now that your device has been unpaired or disconnected, you can exit the settings screen.
Uninstall the Listaso Van Sales app (or the Listaso Sales Order and Catalog app) from your device.
You can skip these steps if you don’t have the Listaso Van Sales app (or the Listaso Sales Order and Catalog app) installed on your device.
1. Now we need to uninstall the app. Go to your app drawer (The app drawer is where all your apps are) and look up the Listaso Van Sales app (or the Listaso Sales Order and Catalog app).
2. Press and hold the Listaso Van Sales App (or the Listaso Sales Order and Catalog app) and you will get an app info pop-up message. Tap “App info.”
3. Tap “Uninstall.”
4. You will get a pop-up message to confirm that you want to uninstall the app. Tap “Ok.”
5. You can now see in the app drawer that the app has been uninstalled.
Install the Listaso Van Sales app (or the Listaso Sales Order and Catalog app) from your device.
6. Now we need to install the app again. Go to your app drawer and look up the Play Store.
7. Tap on the “Play Store.”
8. Now you will see the Play Store homepage, tap on the search bar that is at the top of the screen.
9. Type “Listaso Sales” and tap on the search button.
10. Tap on Listaso Van Sales (or the Listaso Sales Order and Catalog app).
11. Tap on the “Install” button.
12. Listaso Van Sales (or the Listaso Sales Order and Catalog app) is being downloaded and then installed.
13. The app has been installed. Tap “Open”.
14. Since the app was reinstalled, you will need to grant some permissions to the app again. Tap “Allow” on all of them. (If you are using the Listaso Sales Order and Catalog app, you can skip until step 21).
15. Now tap “Next” to continue with the setup.
16. Type your tenant number.
17. Tap “Next”.
18. You can choose to check the customer template checkbox. Tap “Next.”
19. You can choose to uncheck the show inventory checkbox. Tap “Next.”
20. The setup is completed. Tap “Synchronize.”
Now that your data has been synchronized you can log into your account.
Pair your printer to your device?
1. Now that you have reinstalled the Listaso Van Sales App, you need to synchronize your printer. Turn on your printer by pressing the power button.
2. While the printer is turning on, the screen will show a “Starting up” message. This process will take around 30 seconds.
3. When the printer is on, the screen will show the battery level and the paper status.
4. Now, on the device that you will link, look up the notification bar at the top of the screen.
5. Drop down the notification bar by swiping down from the top of your screen. Look for the Bluetooth icon among the quick settings icons. It typically looks like a stylized "B."
6. Make sure that the Bluetooth icon is green or highlighted, indicating that Bluetooth is turned on. the icon to go to its configurations screen.
Note: The appearance of the Bluetooth icon may vary depending on your device and the version of the operating system.
7. A new screen will open showing you your previously connected devices.
8. Tap on “Pair new device.”
9. Now you will see all near and available devices.
10. Locate your printer by searching for the default names that typically begin with the letters "XX," and then select it once you find it.
11. You will get a pop-up message with the Bluetooth pairing code.
12. The same code should be shown on your printer.
13. Tap “Done” to pair the printer with your device.
14. The printer will now show “BT Pairing Event Pairing Accepted” confirming that it has been paired.
15. After pairing your printer, go to your Zebra device and tap “Pair”. This will complete the pairing process between your device and the printer.
Configure your printer on Listaso Van Sales App
16. Now let's go back to the home screen so that we can link the printer with the Listaso Van Sales app.
17. Within the app, scroll to the right side of the module's navigation ban at the top of the screen to find the settings button, then tap on it.
19. You will be shown the settings screen.
20. Tap on “Printer”.
21. You will be shown the Printer Settings screen, where we need to edit two options to link the printer with the app. Tap on th “Type” drop-down menu.
22. Select “Bluetooth” and tap “Done.”
23. Go back to the Printer Settings screen and tap on the “Model” drop-down menu. Now look up for the printer’s model, in our case it is the Zebra ZQ520 and select it.
24. Tap “Done.”
25. After you select your printer, a couple of new options will show on the Printer Settings screen, but it is not necessary to edit them.
26. Tap the “Search Printer” button to link your device’s IP with your printer.
27. You will get a pop-up message with your printer's IP. Select it.
28. You will be shown a message informing you that it is necessary to sync the application so the changes can be applied. Tap “Ok” to automatically sync your device. Now your printer has been paired with your device.
Troubleshooting Bluetooth Pairing Failed Error Between Printer and Scanner
If you were unable to successfully pair your printer following the steps 4 to 15, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
1. Press the power and paper buttons at the same time from 3 to 6 seconds to reset your printer. You will know that it has been reset when it prints a label by itself.
2. Try to connect your printer via Bluetooth again.
3. Do this as many times as necessary until your printer is connected to your device.
