Adding a new product to your catalog is now easy with the new BackOffice products module. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Click on the “Product” button in the BackOffice side menu.
2. Click on the “+ Product” button.
3. Fill in all the required fields with your product information.
Good to know: The system will automatically calculate your profit margin based on your selling price and the cost at which you are buying the product from your vendor.
4. On the “Detail” tab, fill in additional information such as minimum order quantity and manufacturer to help with future purchase orders.
5. Here you can also activate some product’s properties such as Lot, Serial, or Random Weight in case you sell the products by weight (These properties are for Advanced users only)
6. Once you're satisfied with the information entered, click “Save” and confirm the action in the pop-up window.
Congratulations, your product has been successfully added.
1. After saving the product, click on the “Catalog” tab.
2. Click on “Upload +” to add photos of your product.
3. Select the photo from your device's storage.
Good to know: To ensure a high-quality catalog, take product photos on a white background and keep the file size under 400 kbs.
4. Once the photos have been uploaded, click “Save” again.
After finishing the process, your new product should appear with the photo you just uploaded
