1. Click on the “Order” button in the left-hand menu of BackOffice.
2. You'll see a list of all the orders in the system. Locate the order(s) you want to change the status for and click on its checkbox under the “Action” column.
3. Look for the “Process Status” box in the upper right side of the screen and click on it to see the list of available statuses.
4. Choose the status you want, then click “Update Order” to save the changes.
