1. Click on “All Services” from the main menu.
2. Select “Payment” from the customer section within the All Services menu.
3. Click on the "Filters" button to display the available filters.
4. On the Filters tab, you will find search criteria such as From and To Date, Payment #, Invoice #, Customer, and Payment Type.
5. Enter the specific search criteria you want to use and click on search.
6. A list of payments that match the selected search criteria will appear.
By using the filters, you can easily narrow down and find the specific payments you need to manage or review.
